I have been using this supplement on again off again for years. Makes an almost immediate difference when feeling unbalanced. Even one a day makes a difference and eg hair loss and general tiredness. The combination and dosing of ingredients is one of the most balanced on the market. Highly recommend!

One notices a great difference in overall functioning, after one week on these tablets.As a rule of thumb Solgar are one of the better makes and these tablets help maintain a very healthy lifestyle. Particularly good used with HMB powder which can be purchased on Amazon.The two make a huge difference.

Top quality brand, been using Solgar products for 20 years. A few times I changed to other vegan multi-vit brands (got a bit bored of having bright yellow pee and swallowing such large tablets!) and also tried Solgar V75, but the amount of energy V2000 give me can't be matched. Useful to mention - having seen a few people being concerned about "mould" black spots on these tablets - it's just a reaction to damp air if you leave them out, so best taken straight out of the glass jar with breakfast. Can't fault, worth every penny :)

I bought two, just in case. I used to buy them regularly from my local chemist, that keeps the full range of the Solgar stuff, but they have run out of VM-2000 and don't seem to be able to get the new supply. This stuff came from US. It took a while to arrive, but it was worth the wait and it worked out slightly cheaper than buying it locally.

I have been using VM 2000 for over 2 decades and I have to say that I have had a somewhat hectic life, Patrick Holford used to work for solgar and I have used his product very similar but I have to say if you are serious about your health both mental and physically VM 2000 has no equal in its power and consistent quality, I'm sure you can imagine the abuse of being a nightclub doorman for 24 years!!!!!! & there isn't much I haven't tried... If you get my drift? Solgar VM 2000 taken 4 daily have enabled me to reach 52 years old and still going strong!! You get what you pay for

After using 1 daily for 6 months I would say I do notice a difference. In my energy, my sleep and my overall mood. This will be helpful going into winter. The only downside is how much it makes your urine smell like iron and wow the colour 🫣 I do wonder how much stays in me and what’s being excreted but as I feel benefits I’m going to keep taking it. Going forward I’m considering taking once every 2 days instead of every day.
