Can you have the lights on but with no movement / music?

You can have lights on with no music but I haven’t found a way to have lights on with no music or movement.

Can you turn it down to zero?

I am not sure! Was given to my adult son who was expecting his first baby as a gift! It is beautiful and worked perfectly. If I recall you can turn the music off and the carousels still turns.

does this play christmas tunes and if so how many please?

No it just plays one fairground type tune. You can adjust the volume of the song though.
