Poured it into my mug, only to notice the powder was suspiciously lighter than coffee. Still clenching onto the desire of that first ravenous sip of organic java, my taste buds and hopes were dashed with the first drink. “What the h-e-double-hockey-sticks IS THIS?!!!” Weak, tasteless, healthy perhaps but the epitome of disappointment and anticlimax, this “organic elixir mix”, upon closer inspection is NOT what i meant to have ordered! But i, unsuspecting, trusting customer that i am, wouldnt have noticed this because its the same color, size and blooming font of the ACTUAL organic coffee mix ive been enjoying for two months til now. Im really flabbergasted that any marketing person would have signed off on this. Is there no concept of customer consideration or forethought that people might order an identical looking product unintentionally and be incensed?…. It IS coffee we’re talking about after all! Ill now be trying to figure out a way i can send back this product and strike it from my subscribe and save list into perpetuity. I literally never want to see or be reminded of its existence again. It actually shouldn’t exist! Stick to coffee, four sigmatic, and get a better grasp on reality and your customers’ buying and tasting experience. Future customers, dont let this happen to you!Note: thankfully amazon allowed me a refund for my 3 boxes of this dreadful elixir!
