Not chips, not cheap, but... absolutely great! Indeed these bisquettes, which cost as much as 6-8x a regular pack of wooden smoking chips are well worth the difference: Not only weight and total smoking duration are far larger, as the smell and the flavor they produce are outstanding. Great quality, very happy with my purchase.

As with other posts, way too expensive but do the job on the food. Wish there was an alternative, but haven't found one. All arrived in good time so sucking it up and enjoying the food.
