I bought this steamer for my girlfriend who love it. The water container melted in the first week. After speaking to them they replaced the whole unit and it has been fine ever since. It looks very stylish and modern too. And it looks quality and not cheap

Good compact steamer, easy to use and skin feels so soft. The tools is comes with are also good, only improvement would be to include what/how to use each of these as some are very sharp and could cause damage if not used correctly, but not worth deducting a star for from me!

This only works when it feels like. I've only gotten two uses out of this since I've had it from March 2020! the first time it worked perfectly. The second time it worked was only by coincidence. I was trying to use this and it would not work and I left it plugged in and then it began working on its own in its own timing. Now i am trying to use it again and it simply wont do anything. This has happened numerous times where it does not work. When it does (only 2 times), I must say it does a good job. I think I just got the bad one from the batch.

I’ve been using the old fashioned way of placing my head over a hot bowl of water with a towel over my head, but this was pretty useless as the steam was never hot enough to open the pores. Obviously this made extracting comedones and milia very difficult. The product arrived quickly, nicely packaged. The quality of the tool kit is brilliant, including a lance to penetrate stubborn spots. I used distilled water and loosely put a towel over my head. I was so impressed by the heat and consistency of the steam, although I would have to agree that the lead is very short. Also, the water tank had leaked water into the reservoir, so I’m not sure if this is supposed to have happened. Lovely product for the price. Overall a lovely experience

When I received the steamer, I'm impressed by how small and compact it is. I tried to use the steamer and it is really easy to use. After adding some water to the water tank for a few minutes, the steam begins to work.One thing you have to be careful is that you have to maintain a greater distance as the steamer can become quite hot.Overall, I think it is a great product and I am still using it several times a week.
