Bought this for the office and everyone finds it easy to use and works well. The only small negative is it pings quite loud. Normally at home this isn't a problem, only noticeable as it's in an open office and this only happens in the lunch time. Otherwise great little microwave and bargain price.

This microwave has done us very well, it works as intended, although it is slower than other microwaves we have used. It has a single button to enter the time which is quite annoying, but you get used to it.That being said, we are now replacing this microwave as it has broken. We bought this microwave back in August 2019. Now it beeps continuously whenever it is turned on, making it unusable.

Not sure , the buttons totally re arrange the led and nothing is simple. It’s not a touch n go experience in anyway. You have to click timers, adjust the temp and it gets confusing. I’ll keep it cos it works when I turn it on and I stand with it and set Alexa to tell me when it’s been to 2mins. I can’t adjust the microwave to tell it a specific time it’s random.
