Very finely powdered psilium husk. A good source of soluble fiber. Comes with a scoop.

Essentially the same as Sonne's #9, at much less the cost. It seems sourced from the same area in southern Asia. The finely ground psyllium powder mixes well; not gritty as the "ground psyllium husks" I've encountered in other products. Cost-effective. Comes with a dosing scoop. I've been ordering this for a few years and have been quite satisfied.

Overall it’s a good source of fiber, but it’s far from soluble. I even try to add some warm water to get it dissolved but there are always these chunks that never dissolve and are hard to swallow. Afterwards I feel full so at least it’s good in the sense that if I need to do some water fasting, I use it to keep me going. Taste is ok, almost taste like roots, and yeah it’s easy to use especially with the spoon the comes with it and help you measure things out. The size of the bag is definitely good value for money.

Good product. Quick delivery

I purchased this thinking I could mix it into drinks but no such luck. This immediately clumps and becomes a chunky sludge. Unless you're filing capsules don't get this!

I used Garden of Life Super Seed Beyond Fiber for years, but they changed their formula (it seems that way to me) and I no longer like it. Then for the last 8 months, I began using Metamucil. However, I wanted something without fillers and made by a different company. This product is just pure psyllium - without anything else added, so you only need to use a tiny amount. I feel better about this product, it is less expensive, you use significantly less, and it works even better.
