Does it come with lid

No it doesn't. Excellent pan though, just like all their range.

this pan is magnetic aluminium, i am looking for non toxic pan, i know the magnetic stainless steel is good, how about the aluminium part ??

I believe that the aluminium is sandwiched between two layes of stainless steel (to achieve a quick and even spread of heat), so even if aluminium is toxic, which I don't believe it is, there should not be a problem. Note that All Clad pans reqiure a very low heat input for satisfactory cooking.

Is the diameter at the bottom or top?

Top inside diameter is 10" (26cm), bottom flat inside diameter is ca 17.8cm, back flat diameter sitting on the stove is ca 18cm.
