A Good Buy!
I bought this belt because a beauty therapist I went to used it on my tummy during my treatment. I have however noticed a slight reduction in my waistline in 4 wks but I use it almost every other day for about 2 hrs or so, I massage my waistline and I apply an abdominal belt. But it's up to you how long you want to use it for, perhaps get some advice on contraindications or just listen to your body as a guide. I think the heat is also good for pain too and keeps you warm.
