Chia seeds are great, but be warned!
Good value and quality product. If you’ve just discovered chia seeds and are introducing them into your diet just make sure you soak them first. If you don't, you might find yourself in a very solid situation, where things get backed up, and the plumbing gets a bit… difficult. Let's just say a trip to the bathroom becomes an event, and you might want to have a plunger on standby.

Perfect for EYFS too
Bought these to use as slime for my children at work. Absolutely brilliant! It’s taste safe and you can get a lot out of it. I food coloured it green and had logs and frogs in a tuff tray. The children enjoyed it too!
