Bioglanuya Everyday Double Strength, Biotic Balance, Food Supplement, 30 Count

Bioglan is a great product if you need to postitvely boost your microbiome (read 10% Human by Alanna Collen if you are unaware of its importance). I find it extremely beneficial to general health and well-being, reducing flare-ups caused by inflammation. Obviously everybody reacts differently and other similar products are available but this works for me.

As a struggler with reoccurring vaginal thrush I had to review this product. I've suffered for 15 years with bouts of thrush. Anything can set me off, wine, cake, sex, takeaway and I always try and watch what I eat and drink which does impact my life. My last case of thrush was caused by antibiotics, so while on the internet wondering whether to buy the pessary or tablet I decided to dig a bit deeper and see what else I could possibly do to prevent my next case, so I came across these flora capsules. I then had a read at reviews on other sites and forums and decided to give these a go. So I started taking them 2 weeks ago, after 3 days I became constipated, thrush had cleared up though. On the fifth day, I decided not to take the capsule due to the constipation. I could go, but it was a struggle. Left it 3 days this time, then took another. I stayed with parents for a week and was quite naughty with what I ate and drank, wine, choccy pudding, fried food, but I felt fine down below! The capsules were also tested the other day when my partner got excited and I ended up with a very strong scented massage oil in me! I was panicking as I never wash with shower gel down below, but amazingly the day after, no itch, no soreness, nothing! 2 weeks have gone by and I'm now taking a capsule every 3-4 days and my bowel habits are back to normal. Cannot recommend these highly enough! They have honestly changed my life! Now I don't have to worry about having a takeaway and a glass of wine 😊

I've had these before and they worked great. I chose to get some more due to having some gut related issues, but I was shocked at the size of these now. They used to be easy to swallow, and now they get stuck going down. I'm having to open them up now and put the contents in water, so I can take them. We shouldn't have to do this. Please look into making them smaller again, as its really letting them down.

These are one of the best probiotics (according to my scientific friend). It's often hard to get them in chemist shops, so I was delighted to get them from Amazon.

This has pretty much cured my IBS. It only took four days to work. I stopped taking it a couple of times when pregnant and occasionally if I forget and the IBS comes back and then when I take this, four days later it has 90% gone. Absolute game changer.

Three stars as the product is great (five stars) but the packaging terrible (1 star). I have used this probiotic for sometime and they are great at settling your stomach. However, this latest order turned up terribly packed. The box had been squashed into an envelope, and this mean some of the pills had pushed through the foil blister pack where the box had been crushed. Not ideal given the price of this probiotic! Wont be buying them from here again.

Dr Michael Mosley recommended this so as I am a fan of that man, I gave it a try. Good price for a good quality probiotic, but not very many capsules in the box. I will look around for a cheaper equivalent.

I tried this for the first time back in January 2017 after reading reviews on here. I have had IBS and Digestive troubles for over 30 years. I cannot recommend these highly enough! From my point of view, they are great, calm down the bloating and discomfort and I have a flat tum most of the time. Of course, they may not suit everyone and it may take a while for you to get used to them but as I am just about to order two more boxes I think it's fair to say I wouldn't be without them. I doubled up on the one capsule a day after taking a lot of anti biotics during a hospital stay and I feel very well when normally your gut might feel unsettled. Excellent product.

I have been using this for over a month and they are a life saver. I will continue to use these indefinitely.
