The first item supplied was slightly scratched but I decided that because it was black I would eventually get more scratches so I would live with it. However, after a couple of weeks the pin that forms part of the clasp came loose and my watch fell on the floor. I manared to replace it but it kept coming loose and falling off my wrist. I decided that the problem was that the pin was not quite the right size. I complained to the supplier and they replaced it promptly (thank you) and the replacement is not scratched and has not fallen off my wrist yet. I thought that prhaps I had made a mistake by purchasing a strap costing less than £20 to secure a watch costing over £300. You probably get what you pay for.About 4 montha after I wrote the review I think its only fair to write an update; The replacement product has performed faultlessly and has not scratched. I think I must have been unlucky with the first one they supplied. On the basis of what I now know I have given it 4 stars rather than one and I'm pleased that I puchased it.

Read some terrible reviews that almost put me off getting this strap (mainly about the link removal tool being crap), got my order just now and removed 3 links and reassembled the strap inside of 2-3minutes; all it takes is patience and careful hands to get the poker rod to line up properly with the spindle holding links together, little twist of the handle on the tool and out it pops, rinse repeat, all done (even managed to line up the poker to push spindles back in nice and flush when reassembling, call it a self test, works a charm if you can see...).All in all, super fast delivery and lovely quality strap with a cheap tool for link removal that if used by someone with more patience than a 5 year old works just fine.

A very smart watch strap. It's a bit fiddly to fit to the watch, and adjust the strap length (by removing segments) but no worse that other watch strap fittings!The product includes a very helpful gadget which helps you get the job done in a few minutes.If you're shortening the strap, I recommend taking out one segment at a time, as it is much easier to take a segment out rather than having to put one back in!

The strap itself is really nice but the rest is shockingly bad. It's a 22mm strap suitable for an S3 Frontier, but the pins are too kind for the gap, I had to order another set of pins from somewhere else and when trying to remove links, the tool supplied is made from spiders legs it's that weak. It snapped trying to do what it's there for so now I've had to order a watch repair kit.. The whole thing has cost double what the strap cost.And if anybody says it's easy to fit, they need putting in prison.

I was very confused with the good and negative feedback about this strap but i still ordered it. I agree with the tool thing which is not a very great quality but honestly if you have a comon sense you can still use it well.On the other hand the strap is a great bit expensive compare to other strap but i have gear s3 frontier and it matches with the watch perfectly.. bit heavy but i like to wear heavy watch anyway so for me it work perfectly fine.

There are no instructions with this product but plenty of YouTube videos are available. It came with no pins so I had to used the ones from my silicon strap. The tool for removing links broke when I used it and I had to repair it.The product itself is nice and the clasp feels secure. It has a weight to it which is what I am after.I have noticed this product cheaper elsewhere with the pins supplied.

Perfect addition to my S3 - the plastic band supplied with these devices alway make me itch so it was a pleasure to fit this stylish replacement. Attractive and complememtray to Gear S3 Frontier. So easy to fit and adjust with link remaoval tool - Thanks.

A great strap which enhances the appearance of the watch. Adjustment was easy and the link removal tool worked perfectly well. I chose to remove the links, then fitted the strap to the watch, then rejoined the strap. Good value.
