Just completed my 1st week, and lost 6lbs! I've had no digestive problems at all, have only reduced my portion sizes a little, and have managed 2 short gentle walks. These seem to be reducing my urge to eat huge portions. I have a long way to go to goal weight, but these have certainly given me a great kick start. Just ordered the larger pack. They are pricey, but losing almost half a stone with almost no effort has made it worth it for me!

These were ok but you need to go on a diet as well otherwise they dont workNo good thinking you can eat as much as you want and you will lose weight because you wontIt states on the box that a healthy diet is a must when taking theseMight as well just go on a diet and save your money. I eneded up going to slimming world and have lost 2 stone do I think their is no substitute for healthy eating. If you took these and lost weight then stopped, im sure the weight would just come back on again

Easy to take .no reflux and for me it actually workss weight loss appetite suppressant .no taste

They think because they have medical on the box that they are better than other products on the market. This is just a ploy to charge more. Not worth the money.

I bought these as I have been dieting for the last 6 months and not getting very far. In the last 2 weeks I've used these I have lost weight and that's great. The only thing is I don't know if they are helping me lose weight because they are doing what it says on the bottle or not but they have definitely helped my appetite and that is a big help for me.They are easy to take and I've had no side effects which I was worried about as I have heard horror stories about weightloss pills.The only reason I given 4 stars is because of the price even though I got them on offer they were still alot of money.

These work amazing for me, easy to swallow I actually see results using this product, will be buying again.

I noticed no difference in my weight over the 10 days that I took this product. I had hoped that it would help to accelerate my weight loss as I hadn't lost anything in the previous two week. I was losing a pound or two every week prior to this simply by watching my diet and excercising. I didn't change my regime so I have to assume that this doesn't work for me or at least, it didn't over the trial period. A full course is so expensive that I wasn't willing to take the chance.

I used this product both before I went on holiday for a weightloss boost and while on holiday to prevent weight gain and I have to say it worked. I'm am terrible on holiday and usually put on a stone - this year I had a mini break booked with the girls for as soon as I came home so I really couldn't afford to put on tons of weight as no time to lose it. I was pleased to find I weighed exactly the same when I came home from 2 weeks all inclusive as I did when I went so all in all I was really pleased with these. I had a bit of a jumbly tummy for first couple of days then didn't have any side effects at all. Would def recommend.
