Q: How much of the 400mg is mag glyicnate and how much mag oxide please?

As mentioned by a previous answer. I contacted Solgar and they confirmed it is a 68% / 32% split. This seems common in other brands advertised as chelated or bisglycinate though. The chelation is to help absorption but there are many forms of magnesium.

Q: Have they changed the size of the tablets or are they still huge? (Just to confirm, thanks.)

Could someone confirm if it is safe to crush them? I find them too big to swallow.

I have used Solgar Chelated Magnesium for some years, and there is 100mg per tablet as it states on the bottle 4 tablets provide 400mg. Hope that is helpful.
