Really good for trapped wind

These are great for calming your stomach, especially after an upset tummy. Just make sure to drink plenty of water with them, otherwise you can get quite strong peppermint heartburn. The capsules dissolve quickly, so if you don’t swallow them straight away, you’ll get a very intense peppermint taste. I find it easier to take them with a swig of milk or spoon of yoghurt, as the capsules are a bit large to swallow quickly and easily. I find them much better and more effective than peppermint teas!

It is very convenient having these delivered direct to my home.

My mum is in her late 90s and she has recently had a problem with bloating which was getting very painful. During a visit from her GP she recommended peppermint tea and peppermint oil capsules, so I got these. She took them for a week and each day the bloating was less and she has got so much relief. They are easy to swallow too, which is a bonus. After a week she found she didn't need them, so I am keeping them in case she bloats up again. Now she just takes peppermint tea to keep her problem under control. I am so pleased with these Colpermin capsules and will keep them handy in the house for the whole family in case of future problems.

I suffer from awful IBS, not much works to be honest, and some medication makes it worse. Colpermin works to rid me of the stomach cramps and trapped wind but; there are times when the the peppermint effect can be strong and lead to a bout of runs worse than the IBS. Usually it helps but sometimes it doesn't. Never take Colpermin immediately before you go to be and never mix with other indigestion medicine.

I keep them on hand for any type of stomach issues. They’ve been particularly helpful when I have gluten intolerance problems. I don’t travel without these!

It says 100 capsules however I have received only 2.. I’m so disappointed

I’ve been taking Colpermin Peppermint Oil Capsules for a while now, and honestly, I’m still on the fence about how well they’re working. They seem to help a little with digestion and bloating, but it’s hard to determine if that’s due to the capsules themselves or simply the placebo effect. So far, they’ve been okay — no major side effects, and they’re easy to take — but I haven’t noticed any dramatic improvement. I’ll keep an eye on things and update my opinion if I start seeing clearer results, but for now, I’d call them mildly helpful at best.
