I needed to try somthing for a big bruise on my leg and I am going on holiday soon so a friend recommended this and does work .After 3 days of use I can hardly see the bruise now .The quality is really good and rubs right in so there is no stickiness .Just add a small amount to the area and rub it in so it’s very easy to use .I think the effectiveness is really good . I have just stored mine in the medication cabinet for next time I need it
