Great for quick & easy access!
This is a great heavy duty med shear attachment! I use this with my Deadbug sideline med pack & it works great. It attaches securely to the molle webbing of the Deadbug & the Velcro strap allows quick easy access when they’re needed. Highly recommend!

Does what it needs to do
This worked well for my X-shears. It’s hard to find a holder to fit this but this worked like a dream.

fixed the problem of my trauma shears going flying outta my pocket every time i sprint for a bed alarm, but i don't love the velcro (loud and also hard to clean) or the fact that you have to have access to your belt to make it useful (so, only when i wear a plain shirt tucked into my scrub pants, since i refuse to tuck my scrub tops in (the dorkiest look possible)). will look for alternatives, but it does the job and is well made.

Simple and effective.
The size is perfect and can be attached to a belt or loop. Well made and easy to access and secure the shears. We'll see how well it holds after a season of use.

Basic but useful
I use this to attach a medical scissors to the outside of my first aid kit. It keeps the scissors within easy reach and also freeze up the space on the inside.

It works! I wear it on the belt with my Carhartt scrub pants (because these have belt loops)
I like that it affixes to my belt when wearing my nurse scrubs. But what I ALSO like is that the belt loop is long. That means when I am sitting, the case can slide up higher on the belt and not be pinched between my waist and thigh. Sorry, that is not the best explanation. But when I am driving and do not remove the scissors or case, it can be slid up higher on my torso. Plus, they sewed on the outside, a kind of flap that enables you to grasp the strap that has the Velcro and lift it up. If I ever lost it, I would get another.

Great shears pouch.
Great shears pouch. I work in a warehouse and carry these on my work belt. The shears are great for cutting packing straps, etc.This pouch is sturdy and secure, and also allows quick and easy access to my shears.Good value for the money.
