Exactly as expected
Everything in the photo was included and all the components worked perfectly fine. nothing here seemed fake or bad quality. I would recommend this for repairing. The price is great, and it comes with a good set of tools. HOWEVER if you use the included adhesive your phone will NOT be water resistant. A different stronger adhesive is needed.

Worked perfect
Product arrived quickly; and the description was accurate. Instructions were easy to understand and follow. It fit my Apple Pro 13 phone perfectly. I will recommend a case or cover over the camera lens.

too small for 14 pro
the glass is smaller than original. the old adhesive rested on the metal ring. this glass doesn't even reach over the metal ring and the adhesive sticks to the camera lens glass instead.Edit: seller agreed they sent a smaller lense and that the package label was wrong. They sent a replacement and it was still wrong. Package says 14 pro but lenses were still too small.

It DOES fit an iPhone 14 Pro!
4 Stars for not including a plastic spudgerBought this and immediately thought it would not fit my iPhone 14 Pro since the glass 'looks' smaller than the camera lens. Also, the instructions reference older models so I was certain this was wrong...After watching some YouTube vids, though, I saw that there is a black ring around the glass and that ring makes the lens look larger than it actually is.Installed this tonight and I can confirm that it fits exactly like it should! What to expect: Lens removal sucks!- Lens is not very thick so use the scalpel to scrape under the glass around the edges with heat and rubbing alcohol.- Tools provided don't assist in removing the OEM adhesive. Use rubbing alcohol, Q-tip and plastic spudger to remove adhesive.- Leave the new lens on the plastic sheet. Make sure the inside of the lens is clean before installing it. Use tweezers to remove adhesive backing and install the lens. Remove plastic sheet when done.

Not for the faint of heart
I purchased this to repair one of the camera lenses on an iPhone 14 Pro Max. It worked great and the camera is back in fine working condition. To be clear this is to repair the LENS not the actual camera. It is relatively straightforward to do the repair but don’t attempt if you lack patience or steady hands. The phone gets VERY hot while removing the broken lens (you’ll get an overheat warning if you don’t turn off the phone) and it took almost an hour to remove all the chipped glass pieces and old adhesive.

Doesn’t Quite Fit
I might have misunderstood what these are exactly. My original factory glass camera lenses were shattered after a drop. I understood this product as a replacement for specifically the original factory glass. While these are very close to original there are some noticeable differences.Namely, the disks are all marginally smaller than the factory glass was so there is definitely a gap all the way around. This means the edges are exposed and already they have chipped slightly. The next biggest issue is the far right lense when looking at the back of the phone is extremely thick and due to this, it takes the brunt of damages when placing your phone down. It has popped off more times than I can count and is now just lost. I would skip individual lenses like these and just get one of those one piece covers for the camera instead.Otherwise the kit itself is great and comes with all of the tools you would need to replace them yourself. If the lenses fit more appropriately and the adhesive worked better (even after following instructions carefully) it would be a 5 star product for sure. But again these might just be covers and not actual glass replacement.

Worth every penny !!!
I took my iPhone to the Apple Store to trade it in and they said they would give me $150 due to the cracked lens. I brought it home and ordered this kit and repaired it. I went back to the Apple Store and they gave me $340 for the trade in this time lol oh and before I went to trade it in I asked how much to fix the lens and they said the repair would cost $499 LOL I’d give this kit 10 stars if I could !!!

Does the job, but definitely *NOT* sapphire
Scratches and pits within weeks, definitely not comparable to the original. The original lens covers are still unscratched after more than a year. Otherwise functional.
