Really fantastic product and functions very well out of the box. One minor design flaw is that you need to turn on the first level of heat before the second level works. This to me would have been more intuitive as a binary switch rather than two knobs. If you turn on just the second knob it doesn't function without the first knob being on. What?

Loved it until it just stopped working after only a year! Very disappointing!

So far, so very happy with this fireplace. Most "realistic" flames I've ever seen for an electric fireplace. Perfectly fits our very small space. Looks fantastic.
