Best iron pills ever. My functional doctor recommended iron with vitamin C because my ferritin levels were at 8 which is bad and I had been suffering from severe daily dizziness for a few months. I was out of breath just from doing normal daily task and was severely tired. I am in peri menopause so that’s what contributes to my anemia but I’ve been taking these for 2 months and I feel like a brand new person. Dizziness is gone, not tired and have my breath back. My functional doctor said the best way to take these pills is on an empty stomach with no food an hour before you want to eat. I take 2 every morning with water and wait an hour before I eat. These do not upset my stomach and do not give me constipation. If they do upset your stomach eat a few crackers before you take them but iron does not absorb well with other nutrients that’s why you would eat something like crackers that have no vitamins or minerals in it. This is my second bottle. I can’t wait to see how much my ferritin levels have gone up next time we do blood work

I love these, they don’t upset my stomach, have a bad smell and they are small in size. I didn’t notice a difference overall in my mood but I’m told I need the iron so I have been taking them.
