Similar problem to let someone else had mentioned. Went to put the product together and not all of the tubes had the eyehole. This made it impossible to attach at all for points with the bolts as described in the instructions. Poor quality control and disappointed children.

Our son loves this swing, but... we bought it in March, hooked it up in April, took it down from mid-May through the beginning of July as my son was visiting his grandparents, put it up again, and in August/September the fabric was torn. The tear is on the colored part, on top, about 15 inches long. Then, about 2 weeks later, exactly opposite side tore, now about the same length. The colorful portion of the swing, the fabric quickly bleached out (after maybe a month).Feeling the fabric now, it feels very brittle. I can't understand how a company would make a product which is intended to be used outdoors, and make that product out of a material which is so quickly broken down by the elements.Is it a fun swing, yes.Will I recommend you buy this? Absolutely not. At least not until the manufacturer changes the material they use in its construction.

This is one of the best things I have EVER bought for my day care center (28 kids). My kids range in age from 2-6 and we all play together. We've had up to 6 kids on this swing all at once - all of them thrilled AND all of them feeling safe. It's such a good idea, particularly since similar ones are made with rope that could trap a child's head or legs and cause a serious accident. This one is relatively easy to put together and very, very well designed. I didn't give it 5 stars because one of them (yes, I liked it so much I bought 2) ripped along one of the seams. I have just contacted the seller to see if they can send us a replacement cover. The other swing is fine so I'm hoping it's just a slight manufacturing defect. I recommend this swing for ANYONE. It can hold up to 400 pounds and is just as much to lie by yourself, slowly swinging under a tree as it is to pile on and swing fast with friends. It's designed so that it's almost impossible to fall out of and everyone feels secure. One girl did fall but she had been going really, really high. We sat together afterwards. She was a little shaken but it sounded like she was chalking it up to a good learning experience about swing dynamics. She also seemed to have learned something about her own willingness to take calculated risks. To my mind, those kind of realizations are EXACTLY what good playground equipment helps children achieve. In any event, I was happy to see her get right back on it to keep on swinging.

Kids LOVE it. Only complaint is that the ropes are starting to fray slightly after just a few months. Not to the point of being dangerous but still happening.

Bought as an Easter gift for our 3 grands, they have had so much fun on it. Easy to assemble, went with this one instead of the webbed one so they could lay on it together and swing and no arms or legs could go through the base of it.

Ordered 2 of these swings... please don’t waste your money! material is cheap! Velcro wasn’t sewn securely and did not have holes in bars to connect it... along with missing hardware! returning both swings and ordering from swing monkey which I already have a smaller swing from them! Thought I was going to save some money but instead wasted a lot of my time and energy! Very cheap product!

I bought this swing when my 2 and 4 yo grandkids were coming for a visit. It is large enough to hold them both very safely. It could have even held another child of a similar size. The kids LOVED it! They could swing for an hour or more and never be bored.It was pretty easy to assemble (it had no instructions. We bought from the Warehouse Deals though, so that may be why). It is very sturdy and should last for many seasons.

My kids love this swing. I have 2 little boys and we often have their cousins over and I was getting tired of dealing with arguments over who got to use the swings first. Now they just all swing together and have a blast. It was easy to put together by myself and took about 15 min or so.
