I was sceptical. This is a middle of the night insomnia desperate purchase. Same day delivery and great reviews. A bit expensive... but what if I slept? Oh my! I slept! Will keep on having these as I only tried 1st night as soon as they were delivered.Update: it's been a couple of weeks. My night sleep is still improved but feel I may be building a tolerance and hasn't worked as well as the first nights.

These worked ok the first time I took one but after that didn't work at all. The last time I tried one I didn't sleep and I was sick the next day but that could be just my reaction.Expensive and a waste of money, I use a regular over the counter sleep aid which are much cheaper and work well for me

I had been taking some pharmaceutical type sleeping aid over the counter for far too long, much longer than recommended. Decided that enough is enough and that sleep should be natural. Decided to try something natural before I go cold turkey 🦃.The short version is that they do work. The first night I was not at all impressed. But, with a proper wind down bed routine these help me to fall asleep quickly. I may rouse a couple of times but go off again quite easily. I live in hope in being able to sleep on a clothesline again as in my younger days 😃

These sleeping tablets surprised me as I've been prescribed sleeping tablets in the past from my doctor and these are just as good, to be honest I wasn't actually expecting them to work but I thought I'd try them now I buy them every month the only downside is their expensive for what they are.

When I read reviews on this product I thought my sleep problems would be resolved. Despite taking tablet at suggested time I still had difficulty getting to sleep. Sometimes taking up to two hours. Such a shame but I had similar problems with NYTOL and KALMS.

I was extremely skeptical of all the good reviews this product had, but decided to try it after struggling to sleep for weeks.Within 30mins of taking it I was very relaxed and felt tired. Within 45mins I was asleep and I slept through the night! I've used it a few times since and always get to sleep within an hour of taking it so would recommend highly.

My husband suffers from insomnia so I never fully know if any sleeping aid properly works on him because he's still fidgets through the night and States he hasn't slept well when I see him in the morning 🤔
