The three compartments allow for carrying different types of medications without the risk of contamination between the types. This was a major concern with one of my medications - nitroglycerine. This product was the best compromise between width and length. The width is narrow enough to fit easily in my pocket, but does limit the size of pill you can carry. Several small pills can fit in one compartment. As an example, I can fit 1 Tylenol pill, 1 Sudafed pill and 1 Benadryl pill, in one compartment. The titanium used to construct the container is supposed to be non-reactive with medications and the O-rings do offer a degree of waterproofness (? word) to the product - yes. I tested it. Overall, a good product, with a design that allows you to switch between one, two or three compartments, depending on your needs.

If you need to keep one large or several small pills with you for quick on the go access, this is the fob for you. I have used it to carry one large gel capsule as well as several small pills when out and about, I like the construction of the fob as it is very durable. I also appreciate that it includes a clip for attaching it to something so you don't lose it.

I need to carry, at most, five very small pills. The size of this pill holder is perfect for that and it is so small that the extra bulk on my keychain is negligible. Bonus for the keyring it comes with. It's a clip; not one of those you have to pry apart and spiral keys onto.

Great pill holder for outings. Love that it’s discrete and it being waterproof was essential. Also the modular design came in handy for different medications.

This pill fob is exactly what I was hoping for in size in length, but the diameter leaves 1-2 millimeters to be desired. I wanted something to toss a few ibuprofen in for the occasional headache on the go. This thing SHOULD be able to hold 4, however the inner diameter is literally 1-2 millimeters too small. Quality and look is great, and I expected small capacity, but inability to fit such a commonly sized small pill seems ridiculous to me. If you need to carry pills larger than baby aspirin, this isn’t for you.

I needed to take late morning and afternoon on my vacation.I love the fact that you could change the size and amount of pills. However, but I didn't realize is that it wasn't one month to but you put them together; they were separate tubes. That's my only surprise. I only used the small one although I had planned to use the others or Biden medicine supplements (which I just brought to breakfast in the small plastic bag). This was really helpful for medication.I definitely recommend just be aware that the small compartment is going to be separate from the larger and a medium one when you put them together and separate them.

Got this for my son because he loses his medication all the time. It firs on his key fob and it is very sturdy. tried a few other cheaper ones but they broke - this is the real deal.
