I use this to help manage blood sugar levels. It helps. It's not as potent as some other brands but it still works and I still recommend because it has better pricing than other brands.

Looking for a good Berberine?
This is a very good Berberine, it has dihidroberberine - Glucovantage (R) that is better than regular berberine because it has an improved absorption. It also has cinnamon, bitter melon and chromium which should help burn fat. Therefore you have an effect on your blood sugar levels and fat storage in one product. I have been taking it for more than a month during vacation, eating a lot and havent gain a single pound.

better body absorption with Dihydroberberine VS berberine
I am a 52 y/o health enthusiast and I'm big on taking supplements, but I do my due diligence learning about what I am putting in my body. :) I took interest in taking this supplement because of the main ingredient Dihydroberberine and it's benefits in lowering blood sugar, cholesterol & triglyceride levels. The pill is easy to swallow, no after taste and no side effects so far! Also, received the product on time and with no issues.:) I have my lab/blood work coming up next week so I am curious on seeing the results.

Not as beneficial as I hd anticipated
I used this product because I am a diabetic on metformin. So I was seeking an alternative to metformin but the product did not help. My sugar remained relatively high.The product did not help as I had anticipated.Clifton Warner

It works
It truly helps control my blood glucose levels. Pills are easy to swallow, and I have now subscribed to them, getting it monthly. It's part of my daily routine.
