It takes always sugar cravings
I am off bread no longer eat bread I use to take and eat a lot of cakes and pastries I no longer eat anything with sugar nor even sugar free I eat mostly protein and drink alot of water and green tea I have being on this for 3 months lost a lot of weight sleep better it has also helped my Charcot foot as I am a type 2 diabetic sugar is poison and I thank God I no longer depend or need sugar to control my life it was hard but have faith it will get better this product is very good try it I use a straw it I only drink it in the morning before my breakfast speak to your doctor to make sure it does not interfere with your meds good luck 🙏❤️🙏

THE MOST DISGUSTING THING YOU EVER SWALLOWED
The instructions say to dissolve it in water, but it never actually dissolves. It remains a gloppy mess in the cup that is SO DISGUSTING I almost vomited after drinking it. On top of that, it is not returnable. Big scam on Amazon.

I (tried to) mixed 1/2 teaspoon in water...barely dissolved.The taste is HORRIBLE! I took one sip and spit out the rest!**unfortunately, no refunds available**

It does nothing to your blood glucose and makes your urine have an awful putrid smell. Bad stuff.
