Great product
The media could not be loaded. Very reasonable and affordable... so long I am searching for this kind of bench but it was too expensive... entire family liked it we are going to order some more.. The packing and instructions are also good

Defective product
Never expected this to be defective like this. It was looking good but after using for a week it started to shake. When I opened and check very thin layer or wood is attached to the Leg. Which makes it to sit.

The three pieces do not match. Was delivered with one stool having a considerably shorter leg than the rest. Inappropriate response to the issue at first (the sent oversized foam pads to try and make up the difference, but the difference was too great and the foam pads the wrong size). They later sent a replacement stool. One stool is still a little wobbly and the legs don’t really align with the top. Not too bad for the price, but you get what you pay for I guess.
