This may be my best overall dog treat purchase ever.I purchase only grain-free treats with all-natural ingredients that have no China connections, so I was happy to find bully sticks. My dog doesn't always appreciate my choices, so I waited to write this review until she gave her opinion. She loved them immediately and still does even after they are no longer something new and different. Even the smaller ones provide 1-2 hours of enjoyment for my 38-pound chewer, and the 6" size is just right for her paws to grasp.This is also a great product from a quality vs. price standpoint, in my opinion. The first bully sticks I bought in a different brand were on sale but were still an outrageous price. Canine contentment is a wonderful thing, but I cannot justify $4 for a single treat, so I searched Amazon and found these. They aren't inexpensive and I still had to gulp before I hit the order button, but these sticks have exceeded my hopes and expectations. They also satsify my dog in a way nothing else has. Definitely will buy this product again.P.S. Other reviewers comment on the uneven size of the sticks. The bag I received has many thick sticks (3/4" to 1" diameter), and the thinner ones (1/2" is about the smallest) are still large enough to last several hours. One downside for me: The aroma when I open the bag is farirly strong, but I don't notice the smell once I give the stick to my dog, and it's certainly more pleasant than freeze-dried liver treats (disgusting, but the dog likes them).UPDATEDog still says 5 stars, I am now at 4.5I just received my second order of these. Good news: All the sticks in this bag are roughly 3/4" diameter, and only 1 tapers to just under 1/2".Unfortunately, I have to report that the longer the first bag stayed around, the worse the sticks smelled. For my next order, I chose a more expensive brand advertised as having low odor. True in comparison to these, but the sticks were smaller in size, and my dog plowed through them. I decided I couldn't justify the higher price to spare my nose a minute of unpleasantness, so I reordered these. The odor coming from this bag was overwhelming the minute I opened it. I run to the soap and sanitizer every time I touch one. My dog, however, seems to prefer these stinky monsters (not a huge surprise). They are still her favorites, so I guess I will practice holding my breath until she carries her prize out of range. All in all, price and size outweigh aroma, but I am knocking off half a star.

I have a 4 month old 5 pound yorkie who absolutely LOVES these! I read the feedback prior to purchase, and was a little concerned about the size of these bully sticks, but was pleasantly surprised with my order.True, there are some that are small (about the size of a #2 pencil), but there are also some that are as thick as a nickle is round, so there are a good variety. I think it keeps it more interesting for my puppy.I cut the thinner ones in half, and the thicker ones in thirds so that my small dog could chew on them.ONE WARNING: Don't try to cut these with your new $50 house scissors (like I did). It will not work. These things are TOUGH! (And they STINK!)I had my husband take them to work and cut them on the band saw.Also, to keep them fresh, and to keep from having a big wave of stink hit me in the face every time I open the bag, I used my food vacuum sealer to package a couple in each "food saver" bag. That way, not only do the sticks stay fresh (almost) forever, but I only have a little smell when opening the package.I can give one piece to my pup and it keeps her occupied on and off throughout the day. Usually takes her a full day of occasional chewing to finish a half-stick piece.This bag is a very good deal. The first time I bought Bully Sticks was from my local pet chain store, and I paid $8 for 3 stick, the same size as in this package, so this bag saves me a lot of money.I will definitely buy these again! ****UPDATE****I have now bought this exact item about 4 or 5 times. The previous times I had bought them I had no issues and I received a nice array of sizes. This most recent time I received 25 of the worst bully sticks that are not worth the $40 (see the pictures I just added to this review). I had previously given this company a good review because I loved their bully sticks. This time I received 25 bully sticks that I would never give to my 6 and 8 lb dogs because I believe they will end up fracturing and causing serious injury. A lot of the bully sticks were beyond thin. All of the bully sticks were extremely overcooked. There was not even one good bully stick in the bag. So I figured I would contact the company and explain the issue and seek a solution that would not end up with me losing money from this bag. I would have happily exchanged this bag for a better bag. Instead, they tried to tell me that these bully sticks (i sent them these exact same photos) were natural and that is how some of them are. This is not how any bully sticks have ever been in the past and I can honestly say I have bought a bunch of bully sticks from various sellers. I was extremely disappointed in the item and even more disappointed in the awful customer service I received from the company. I do not think I will be buying any more bully sticks from this company, even though I previously was a loyal costumer. But now I know how crappy the customers are treated by the company which is why I have no more faith in them.************This is my second bag of these sticks. My dogs absolutely love these sticks. They do have a little bit of an odor but I think that is why my dogs like them so much (they got really bored with a different odor free brand). Both times I bought these I bought 25 psck of the supreme 6-inch sticks. The first bag was really great! It contained mostly standard sized sticks that are still a decent size, but the bag also contained a few really nice thick sticks. The second bag I received contained mostly standard but also had quite a few really thin sticks (think pencil). I was disappointed in this and emailed them. They were kind enough to take $5 off the price, or they said i could send them back. But of course you cant see the sizes until you actually open the bag so sending them back is doesnt work. They also told me that this particular item (25 pack of supreme 6 inch bully sticks) does contain various sizes. My issue is that their item descriptions are extremely vague and dont tell you what your getting size wise. If I am spending the money I would like to know what I will be getting. But like I said, my dogs do love these sticks and I will probably continue to buy them but now I know that if the description does not tell you a size that means it contains different sizes including really thin sticks. I do really hooe they change their item descriptions to actually state what size(s) you may get in the different bags.
