This is a confession. I am extremely pathetic. Here is an example. I moved into my apartment in 2012 and there were sink stoppers already on the sink. Over the years, I noticed that the sink stoppers never actually stopped up the sink. The water always drained, and rather quickly too. But because I always use running water to clean my dishes, I just shrugged it off. The only real convenience was the rare times that I really needed a sink full of water. Well, sometimes I would look at Amazon, but I did a very poor job of finding something that would work so I never ordered anything. I always just assumed that the sink stoppers that were already in the apartment were standard size and the problem was with the sink and that the sink must be a non standard size. I actually thought that maybe I needed an adjustable sink stopper. Well, finally, this week I looked at all the sink stoppers again. This one just looked like my best bet. I've seen stoppers like these many years ago and there were good. I ordered them and they are perfect! Easy to push in. Easy to pull out. Looks great. Completely 100% stops up the sink. I ran water in the sink and went to bed. The next day, all the water was still there. This is why I'm pathetic. It took me 12 years to do something that someone else could do in one day. Anyway, if you need sink stoppers, don't hesitate to order these.

I bought this stopper to replace the leaking plastic stopper that came with my Sinkerator. This stainless stopper is far superior to the one my appliance came with and will give me years of service.

Had to purchase a new stopper after I have to break my old one to get it out of the drain when it flipped upside down and got stuck. This one has a little notch in it that you can grab and easily pull it out. Fit well.

Our sink stopper (metal center, rubber edge) needed replacing, but when I tried to order a new one, the site told me it couldn't be shipped to my zip code (in CA). I was worried that water might leak out with this inexpensive plastic one, but I ordered it anyway. I was delighted to see that it securely plugs the sink, no leaking! Very happy with it.
