so much better than the Japanese brand
I have been using Mochiko sweet rice flour to make healthy sticky rice breakfast bars, but decided to try this brand since #1) not Japanese (I no longer trust ‘made in Japan’ food products since Fukusima nuke leak disaster) #2) Organic turned out to be superior quality to Mochiko flour and my sticky rice bars tastes so mich better. I will continue to order this brand!

Ruined my turkey gravy. Gritty taste. Wouldn't dissolve in a roux.
I too thought also that it was gluten free but then it came not marked that and instead is marked made in a facility......wheat. I tried making a roux with it, it wouldn't disolve. Had a gritty taste too. My turkey gravy was ruined. I will NEVER buy this again. In the trash and so expensive!
