Do I have to have generator ‘floating neutral’?

The wattmeters appear to only measure 6 of the 10 circuts (A, B, C, D, E, F), leaving out the other 4 (G, H, I, J). Are those 4 excluded from meter?

Anyone have a diagram, what’s the flow off the current? Does it have their own circuit breakers? Thank you

Why is this so much more expensive than the Connecticut Electric one?
