Daughter loved this (9 year old) so much excitement every day, 1 was damaged when opened and couldn’t be used but overall happy child happy parent

Our lid wouldn't stay up . And struggled to get bangle undone . Charms are lovely and whole item nice . Good value .

I cannot believe I was charged £24 for this product. The quality is horrific. All the charms keep breaking and my daughter is devastated. The charms them selves are terrible, they’re not properly printed on the crappy plastic. The box broken, well literally fell apart in the first few days and I’ve had to tape it together for her. What a massive rip off! Wouldn’t even give this 1 star!

Thought this was something completely out the box for my 10 year old daughter and when received it was excited for the 1st December to arrive . The chain is cheaply made and some of the charms have the clip missing . It is a beautiful advent calendar however not really value for money .
