Nice quality supplement and packaging, but had no effect for me.
Before ordering I read online studies that 50% of people report benefit from Glucosamine Sulfate. After taking it for a few weeks I have noticed no benefit whatsoever. Good news is that there has also been no negative side-effects. No regrets in trying this even though it turned out to be a placebo for me.
