Love this fireplace! It’s beautiful hanging in our dining room. We live in Florida and have not used the heat feature. Some difficulty fitting the wood but we are more satisfied with just the jewels in it with the look of the room.

Beautiful. I gave 4 stars because the attachment metal plate is not sturdy enough. The heater bounces when I touch it, like it's not attached properly. Instruction could be better. An installation video for something this expensive would help a lot.

We got our 1st fireplace and unfortunately it did not work. I contacted customer service and they were fantastic, sending us a new one immediately. It was super easy to install and is a beautiful addition to our basement.

I love, love, love this fireplace, even better than the gas fireplace in my living room. My dining room needed a little something extra, and this did the trick. I would highly recommend.
