One pump - no spray. It does not even work! Terrible product

Q: It's the front treated so that it does not patina or is it raw brass? Are there any coatings or lacquers or plastic pieces anywhere inside or outside?

It is raw brass but it is old so that could have changed since everything is made cheaply now!
