It keeps flashing red.
Just got it today. I took the ribbon out and it was all loose. I wasn't sure if that's how it should be but I tried to load it. Plug it in and the thing just keeps flashing red.I love the space-saving size of this printer but it just too complicated for me especially the loading of the ribbon. I tried to google how it should look and I could find any instructions. The booklet doesn't say much. I guess I'll stick to canon or hp.

Won't Print
I've used this product about 6 months and now it simply won't Print anymore. I'm extremely frustrated and there is no support. I'd like a refund. I certainly won't be recommending or using any of these products in the future.

Think twice before you buy this product.
The printer is not connecting with my android phone and tablet (wireless). I can only connect with my laptop whit the cable. Customer service prity much not existing.
