The media could not be loaded. Good Technology for Water level indicator. I was happy that I found a product for my Overhead Water Tank level without wires.But it only worked for 5 days, on 6th day started blinking blue and green light and not showing water level. Contacted Customer Service told issue due to concrete water tank and to place it outside the tank. I got the Transmitter and placed close to Receiver still didn't connect. I wish they can improve reliability of product and find the exact cause of Transmitter and Receiver non-communication.Stay away from it! Don't risk your money on a product which cannot survive for a week.Amazon return window was un-helpful in my case as 10-day return period lapsed, as it took 6 days to reach me and worked for 5 days.

Very useful product. Working very well as intended. Easy to install. Since it is wireless the receiver can easily be shifted to any other location

My device not working after 15 days costomer care very poor but after complain it is replaced till now not received pay for courier speed post Rs 120.00

Excellent product to install fast without any wiring. Its been almost two weeks, its working very fine. The customer support is also good. They send everything configured and so it took hardly 15-20 min for me to install the whole thing. Works great with warning buzz both for Full and Empty. The wireless works fantastic without any hinderance.There is one big drawback: it doesn't have a battery pavk at tank device. Instead, they have soldered battery together!! How can a consumer repeat the same while changing batteries? My batteries have worn out now (just in 3months) and I don't know how to replace!!!

Main cabinet quality is too poor and also sticker used on product for various highlight (Indications) is of very bad quality , product is not real value for money, maker have used Doms eraser on transmitter to stick with superglue .....

I purchased this product couple of months back. Initially, it worked fine for 15 days and stopped indicating red color, then I restarted the device and it worked fine. Later it stopped showing green color, again I restarted the device. not sure the device is tested properly. recommendations to the product owner to maintain product accuracy.In conclusion, based on my observations, it appears that the device requires a weekly restart to maintain its performance. NOT RECOMMENDED.

The product is very nice and works like a charm, easy to install and the connection range and strength between receiver and transmitter is very good. I purchased the wireless model and i am very happy with my purchase. I have been using it for 10 days, no issues so far and no longer any worries about water levels in my water tank.
