MAX - Snoring Nasal Strips for Heavy & Loud Snorers 20 per pack (pack of 1)

Not sure how this was supposed to work, but it made me snore more through my mouth. Couldn't breathe out while wearing the nasal strips. The instructions said there would be a "resistance." It was more like a barrier.

I have to say... it's a bit uncomfortable and takes some getting used to. worth a try, although it's hard to say how much it helped me individually. I can see how it would work and if I can get past the "glue on my nose" feeling I will try it again. I think the flaw is that the adhesive is too close to the mucus membrane and I'm pretty sensitive ( as most seem to be ) about anything sticking to the 'lip' of my nostrils... the urge is to get a tissue and remove what feels like snot. So to have it completely enclosed is a feeling that needs some time to get past. I was able to breathe really well through the hole and so if I could just bear it being there it might have a chance...Each snore solution is going to help people who have the exact snore symptom it's meant to clear up. but not everyone has the exact one...

I read some of the one star reviews and can understand this product is not for everyone. Yes, it does force you to breath through your mouth, at lease when exhaling. If you normally breath through your nose, it might freak you out not to be able to do it with Theravent. All I know is that my snoring is greatly reduced (not eliminated) and I feel more refreshed when I wake up. I don't understand how it works, but it does, at least for me.

Did not work. In fact, partner's snoring was louder.

Great idea, work exactly as described - maybe too well if you have nasal congestion. Not a bad product, just not for me
