The Dominance Factor: How Knowing Your Dominant Eye, Ear, Brain, Hand & Foot Can Improve Your Learning

Interesting, but where is the evidence base?
I was introduced to this book a few years ago by a work colleague. The idea is that "handedness" has various combinations in indivuduals: eyes, hands, feet, ears, brain and that this can affect learning aptitudes. It's an interesting idea and seems plausible. But I'm not aware of any real evidence base apart from the author's anecdotal observations. The book came out in 1997 and that's long enough ago for some kind of evidence base to have been accumulated. The fact that there dones't seem to be any, suggets that the ideas have not been considered meritorious enough to prompt studies. Perhaps in time some work will be done that establishes some decent clinical evidence.
