The tape is ok - the extra strong glue is something to take note of- don’t get this if you have sensitive skin - reacted to the tape very quickly

Very good quality tape, very sticky and stays firm all day long. Maybe a bit more stretchy than I anticipated but still very effective. Would definitely recommend.

Very good quality tapes. I use them white training jujitsu. The only downside is they go pretty quickly when you tape both of your knees each session (depending how you use it). I use it to support movement of my knees during training so I use quite a lot of it. For daily support like neck should last much longer. Good thing sbout these is they have a paper on the other side so you can measure it nicely and stretch it to your needs before applying, which is super helpful ( i have tested the normal ones without protective paper amd it's a pain...)

Very easy to cut and shape. Watched a couple of tutorials to see what might be the best placement but didn’t provide any benefit to me personally. However, it is hoot to use for taping toes

good: does it's job, really good adhesive (a bit too good), provided really good pain relief for my achillies tendinitis - took some strain off, comes with grid linesbad: because it's really sticky - it's hard to cut, once it sticks together - it is hard to rip apart, leaves blue residue, painful to rip off if u haven't shaved

I didn't it will not stick it will only last 6/8 on my leg the other one you can see that has been on my leg for 5days now and your dose not work i have been putting a bit on every day very disappointed
