After heart valve replacement, I needed to carry several cards in case of emergency. I saw these and had them personally engraved with all the things I needed EMS to know. These are very comfortable. They are lightweight, about 3 ounces with the chain. The quality is top notch. Functionality wise, this is easy to read, and have a beautiful color and design. Etched to last, hopefully, a lifetime. I ordered 3. I wear one constantly. I keep another in my wallet. I have the third attached to my dashboard in case I am in a car accident. I was able to have everything I wanted etched into it. The device name, model and serial number, contact info for my spouse and children, allergies. This is really a necessity that has been made into something I wear without even knowing it’s there. When showering, I keep it on the shower door in case something happens there. I highly recommend this product to anyone with any type of medical need. For what you get as far as quality, reading ability, and the info you choose to place on it, this is worth every penny. And if there is an emergency, this functions as if telling the responders yourself your medical issues.

I’ve only had it a couple of days but it was very nice looking with its rose gold colored tag and chain. The tag is sturdy and the manufacturer printed exactly what I indicated. I hope this lasts through summer sweats and whatnot for a long time. It certainly conveys the same information as a well-known company but is much much less expensive. I would save money even if I had to replace this one every few months!

ID tag was actually a bit thicker than I thought it would be, so very durable. Chain was perfect length, and the connecting clasp was also better than expected. Happy camper.

This is the greatest allergy necklace you can have. You can list your personal I’d on the front, and your allergies on the back. It is polished stainless steel. Great to wear in case you are in an accident or have a medical issue that you can’t respond to. Would highly recommend this item.

Was told by medics to get a medical alert bracelet or necklace due to severe rare allergy which is used as a first point of call in emergency situations. I chose a necklace due to the job I do meaning a bracelet isn't safe. This looked ideal for what I needed. Necklace is absolutely perfect. Arrived at start of scheduled time frame. Very good quality, as described. This dog tag medical necklace will inevitably save my life in the event of an emergency due to very rare allergy. Has my full details and medical data on here. Engraving is exactly as I requested. Product is heavy and well manufactured, although comfortable to wear doesn't feel heavy whilst wearing it. Necklace is very good value compared to other products of this nature, it even comes in little gift box. Looks great on, would definitely recommend.

I was very surprised at the quality of the product for the price I paid. The pendant itself is thick and has substantial weight to it. The engraving is perfect and is very easy to read. The necklace chain is wider than I expected with a Lobster Claw clasp. It is definitely strong enough to support the pendant. La collana è molto carina. Le incisioni sulla medaglia sono molto leggibili e anche la croce medicale che è anche colorata. Tutte le informazioni mediche, allergie e trattamenti le ho inserite (in modo sintetico) insieme a 3 ICE. Finora non è servita e mi auguro che non serva mai per le patologie di cui sono affetto.
