The image quality is great on this camera. The usb cable is a bit short, but just long enough for me to reach the raspberry pi on my 300mm Voron 2.4.I tried to cheap out and bought a cheaper usb camera module for my Voron 3d Printer internal camera from Aliexpress. The image quality on that one was very poor. Should have purchased this one in the first place.

Works perfectly well, image quality is good, auto focus is nice. But if you're looking at this is probably for a voron mod. The field of view is pretty slim. Almost pointless on a smaller build like a voron 0. Waveshare does have higher field of view cameras. Get a 120 degree fov. As for this specific product, it's exactly what it says it is and it's affordable.

I added this camera as a popular modification to remove the large C920 Cam from my printer and install something with a lower profile. Find the proper length cable for your particular use case and this works amazing! I can see my entire 350x350 build volume without issue. Installation was simple, and the camera just worked! Make sure you set the resolution correctly in order to see the proper fov.

I got this for my Voron 2.4 3D printer project, as there's an "Angry CAM" mod that uses this OV5640 camera. However, this camera has a 68° field of view, which is too narrow to see the entire print bed from even the highest point of the frame. Need to find a 120° version, if possible.But otherwise, the camera works fine. Although advertised as 5MP, the image quality didn't seem that great, but I could be wrong as my intended application didn't work out, so I didn't use it enough to fully evaluate.
