Does exactly what you'd expect.
So far this has held up really well, seems durable enough. I chose to spend the extra dollar or so for a metal reset knob. Not much else to say, it counts when you click the button and it successfully counts one at a time...what more could you want?

Handy and good quality ‘click counter’
I use this to clock how many record sides have been played via my turntable stylus- stylus life is counted in hours and without a counter it’s very hard to keep track of! This way every time I play a side I click the counter. Easy and works like a dream!!!
