I gained a lot of weight after damages to my home following hurricane Ida. I was very depressed. I ate and drank a lot of trashy things. I used the Keto Blocker for a few months. I lost 60 frig'n pounds since January! I'm only eating what's needed to sustain. I'm not over indulging. I feel amazing!
