This mug warmer is great. There is just something nice about using a mug instead of having to use a metal insulated cup all the time. Especially with winter coming I can snuggle up with a warm blanket and hold my nice warm mug without having to risk my drink going cold.It's a nice size that doesn't take up too much space. The first mug I used was large and the warmer couldn't keep up the heat in that one as well with the extra volume but once I drank almost half of it then it was able to keep it warm. You do have to swirl your cup now and then to mix in the warmer part of the drink at the bottom but I don't have an issue with that.The first temp of my coffee was 130 when I first put it on the warmer.After 10 minutes it was 125After 20 minutes it was 123After 30 minutes it was 122My coffee would have already been very cold by now and it's still plenty warm.

Flat mugs work best, 3.5 in max mug size. 3 temp settings 170, 150 and 130. Auto shut off. Works best on a hard surface.

I got this mug on sale. I wrote this review 2 times before this. You need to know that this pad will work ONLY IF you use a metal mug (not a double wall insulated like a yeti, but more of an enamel camping cup.Happy shopping!

Great features, I like the high temperature at 170 for tea! It does keep it warm as advertised. I'm sold on this one!

cant do temp. contril or timer. i just dont like it. im thinking of sending it back

As an avid fan of coffee (and being distracted from drinking it), my coffee constantly gets cold after handling work or getting caught up in hobbies. After testing this warmer, I can definitely see the appeal!The build quality is nice, despite being plastic. The screen displaying the target temperature is nice and clear, albeit dim, which I actually prefer. The touch-pad icons are quite responsive and the pad you place the mug on can determine the mug's weight accurately, turning on the warmer beneath.If you're a fan of using thicker mugs or mugs with an elevated ring at the bottom, this warmer won't work well, I'm afraid. The mug I tested this warmer with, a blue Blizzard World mug, has a ceramic ring at the bottom, and since it elevated the bottom of the mug slightly, the ring takes the heat, not the coffee.However, a flat-bottom mug, like most customized mugs or typical office mugs, will work great!I tested this with two other ceramic mugs that meet this description and find that the coffee is kept quite warm in the highest setting. The instructions claim it's great for flat-bottomed stainless steel mugs and glass mugs as well.

This is a nice little mug warmer. It has three different heat settings you can control by tapping the heat icon. The warmer also has a sensor on the bottom that detects whether your cup has been removed. See photo with yellow circle. Overall, this is handy item that keeps you from having to go reheat your beverage if you are engaged in activities which prevent you from enjoying your beverage while it is hot.
