These are a bit pricey for the size. Easy to install and work as advertised. I have the same type of wheels on all my desk chairs at home and they worth the extra expense. They roll super smooth and nice and quiet.

Rollerblade wheels for an office chair? Absolute game changer -- no need for a floor protector, spins smooth and quiet, and it's fantastic... But I was never happy with the ones I got. The single-wheel models are much taller than traditional caster wheels, and I found they had a tendency to 'drift' with very little force applied. These? These are perfect. I slapped them on the bottom of my Secretlabs chair, replacing the old rollerblade wheels I had been using. It took maybe five minutes. No more slipping, lower profile, still just as quiet. As far as I'm concerned these are THE PERFECT wheels for any chair, and they're also cheap! They protect the floor, they sound great, they don't roll away from your desk, and they're at a great price. I legitimately don't know why you'd buy anything else.

Very smooth over both carpet and the carpet protector. Original wheels wore and began to leave small black shards. These wheels have a much better design to prevent wear. Design provides large contact area and much tougher material. I anticipate these last for life of chair

These wheels are perfect. They are quiet, the rubber does not scratch my floor and they were very easy to install. They roll smoothly too. They don't catch and I don't have to fight them to rotate when I change directions.

Easy to install and rolls around smoothly, too smoothly in fact. They did gain just enough resistance after some weeks of heavy use at least. One thing to note is that these are slightly smaller than normal, so it may pose an issue if the base of your chair is low to the ground. In my case, the center cylinder poking out of the bottom can drag on the floor if I sit incorrectly.

These casters fit perfectly and are like ice on glass. I had a chair that sat for a few years that developed very stiff casters, (ASIN B09335CM7V). It might have been because of dust and sanding during a remodel. These casters make the chair usable again. The chair is on laminate flooring, and glides with the tiniest push. Oh, another joy was paying the three bucks to get the casters the same day (on top of Prime). What an intoxicating Amazon feature. Four hours after seeing the problem, I had it solved. Oh yeah, the casters are dead-quiet, just like they claim. There are bigger casters, but I had to keep the chair at the same height for it to fit under my desk. These are two-inches high, and have the standard 11mm (7/16 inch) stem. The stem swivels easily inside the caster, so changing direction is also the lightest little push.

I've been enjoying these for well over a year on a laminate floor. They are quiet and allow my big and tall office chair to move easily under my 250 lb weight. There is no visible wear or deterioration of function.

I have a lot of BDE. I also have a Kasorix big and tall gaming chair (I'm a big dude). Because my chair is large and roomy, my wife likes to join me in my chair. Without getting into the details, sooner than later, I had to replace the casters. However, it was the fact that these had much greater weight support (2000 lbs) and the dual rubber wheel design (better for a smoother rolling experience) that sold me. Besides, my BDE is not going away. I need all the smooth I can get. Did I mention how QUIET these things are? They roll SILENTLY. One might say TOO quietly. It's black magic how quiet these things are! It's probably because of the rubber wheels. Lazy Ninjas could use these in their office chairs to go on assassination missions! I'm not even kidding! Did I mention how SMOOTH these things are? Rolling in my chair feels like gliding on butter (or sailing on a whisp of air). I can glide across my living room and poke my wife on her shoulder without her even hearing me coming. The rubber wheels are SUPER sturdy and feel dense, solid, weighty and well-made. They do not scuff my hard ceramic floor. I'm definitely going to get an extra set just because. Listen, if you're looking to replace the casters on your gaming chair, your big and tall chair or your executive or home office chair, THESE ARE THE ONES TO GET. They are super easy to replace. Just get a flathead screwdriver and nudge the existing caster bolts out and pop these in. These will also work for most office chairs, especially (but not exclusively) those that originally come with dual wheel caster design. You can stop searching now. Go ahead and buy with confidence. You will have ZERO regrets.

These wheels are great. old wheels scratched my new flooring. These are so smooth. I was afraid the old chair wheels won't come off, but they came off with a pull easily. Then just press these new ones in. It's really that simply, probably the simplest upgrade item on amazon I;ve gotten. 110% recommend. The versions with 2 wheels are also good and much cheaper. I have the two wheels on one chair and the 4 wheels on the other.
