Worst product don’t buy
The media could not be loaded. I write this review with immense disappointment and frustration regarding my year-long experience with Lenovo Thinkpad 4th gen. It's disheartening to have invested my hard-earned money in a product that has continuously plagued me with issues, coupled with an extremely disappointing service experience.Approximately one year ago, I excitedly purchased this laptop, expecting a reliable and high-quality device. However, from day one, I encountered a series of problems. The laptop's performance was subpar, with frequent freezing, lagging, and software crashes. Additionally, the battery life was disappointingly short, significantly hindering its portability and practicality. The real nightmare began when I decided it was time to contact customer service in hopes of finding some resolution. My interactions with their support team have been nothing short of a nightmare. The representatives I dealt with were unresponsive, unprofessional, and lacked the technical knowledge necessary to address my concerns adequately. Despite my countless attempts to seek assistance, I have consistently been met with nothing but frustration and false promises.Furthermore, it is deeply disconcerting that, now, merely a year later, I am told that my laptop's warranty has expired. This revelation feels like a slap in the face, leaving me stranded with a defective product and no support from the manufacturer. It is appalling that a laptop with such a short lifespan has essentially rendered itself useless, and the company behind it refuses to take responsibility or provide any form of assistance. It is essential for potential buyers to be aware of the profound disappointment and unreliability associated with this laptop brand. It falls far below the standards one would expect for a product at this price point. The lack of durability, continuous issues, and the brand's apathetic after-sales service make this a purchase I deeply regret. In conclusion, I advise anyone considering purchasing a laptop from this particular brand to think twice and explore alternative options. It is apparent that my experience is not unique, and there are inherent flaws with this product line. Save yourself the headache, wasted time, and financial burden by opting for a more reputable and consumer-centric brand that values its customers and stands behind its promises.

Was Skeptical as it was Renewed, but as good as new
It is as good as new. Since it is a ThankPad, it is not that compact considering the screen size. But that is expected. I checked the disk and memory and it was as specified.Warranty registration did not work, I have to try it again or call them for that.
