Super smooth and tasty flour. Makes the best fresh tortillas. Use almost boiling water for a flexible dough that puffs beautifully.

Been using Maseca for years. It's a flour that doesn't need to prime. You make it, simply and roll it (or use a press). If you move from the mass produced wheat or corn flour ones with all the ingredients and horrid stuff they have in leading super markets to this, you'll notice the difference. I use flour, salt, pepper and a little olive oil. You can flavour with cheese and any spice you wish.

No issues, as advertised.

It's difficult to find ingredients for latin/central American food in the UK. Luckily I could get this on Amazon. This brand is great quality, and I've used it to make tacos and pupusas. A little goes a long way, so worth the money.

This was for my husband as he wants to start doing his own tortillas and looking at recommendations this was the most recommended and he can confirm that he agrees
