Great for exercising to strengthen fingers. Needed to repair damage after fracture. Enough resistance to build strength in grip. Easy to use and small enough in size to take with me when I go out.

For anyone who is looking to keep the tendons around the wrists , forearm etc in good shape and keep your hand movements active then I would say these finger stretchers are ideal.

does as it says on the website, slide item onto second knuckle to achieve good results, definitely helps with hand strength and tendons in forearm (works for me), good quality and value for money

They are okish. One broken after a couple of times. Wouldn't recommend.

The 3 are different strengths ranging from the easiest that a child could stretch to the hardest I struggled with. Seem reasonable quality for the price.

It is a brilliant idea to come up with these and even more brilliant to provide assorted strength levels (3, 4, 5 kg). They work like a dream. They are a great complement to my exercise routines. You can fiddle with them anytime: in bed before sleeping, on the bus, on the plane, in front of the TV, etc. The cherry on the cake is they are solid quality, easy to fit, and very cheap.

Initially thought there's too much resistance but on messing about with them & sliding my fingers all the way in they offer fantastic resistance for all extensor exercises... This is helping me get over a condition called dequervain’s tenosynovitis... 👍

its a good set with 3 different resistance levels. Its a simple set but it works well.

Very good, took a while for me to figure out how to stretch, but spreading the fingers is a perfect stretch. Helped me get rid of some drumming RSI, and generally a good FEELING stretch
