I bought this around Dec. 1st. March 26 it's stopped working. Won't charge phone and audio is not working, nor can I use my phone on speaker. So, it seems to be a problem in the case with the connection since phone works fine without case. Sadly, I've been promoting how well it worked... and now it doesn't.$30 for a case is reasonable, not chea. But it's not working.I purchased it for its ability to provide headphone jack for playing music, the battery backup was a bonus.How do I contact the seller? Will they make good on the product?

Absolutely one of the worst purchases of my life. The battery worked initially and then stopped. The headphone never worked properly. There is no documentation. No manufacture listed. No support or help line. I am simply amazed the Amazon would sell this product without basic information, support or the ability to contact the manufacture. Products like this give the Internet a bad name

Two stars because i loved the case for two weeks. It was the only conveniently sized one i could find to give me an auxiliary plug, and the extra battery function was great. But after two weeks the plug stopped working and then after three weeks, when i took it out of the case the incredibly fragile connection between the lighting plug and the case broke right off. :( it was a little too expensive to have broken so soon with so little wear.

3 pros things that I am happy with this case,1: Audio Jack is back I can start listening with my audio cable.2: cover easy to mount and hard to remove, seems strong coverage for screen also3: material feels good, battery life is really enduring.Cons:Really make you cellphone heavy. Hard to put in skim jeans.

Do NOT buy! Only works for about a month and a half! I demand a refund !

with in the first week this case was broken opening it the case back was already separating, the aux port would go in and out in my car speakers and then finally to close out my first week with this case the charging port breaks in my iphone case and couldn't use my phone for day trying to figure out how to get the stupid small piece out of my iphone charging port. over all if you are going to be EXTRA careful when buying this all day everyday then i would advise this case to u

Nice looking case, but in the first few days I've had it I've gone from 100% battery power before bed and have been waking up to 30% battery. You also cannot use your new headphones (that plug into the charging port) with this case. What's the point? Returning and buying a splitter instead.

Worked fine for 32 days. Then it no lo longer charges the phone and the headphone jack doesn't work.
