Amazing strength..I once stepped on it accidentally n it got pulled very very badly..nothing happened to it...I thought it should hav broken bcoz force was very great...but it survived like a badass hero..trust me..this is the best rope I ever had...but it's speedy...n thin....u won't know when o gets past...dio give some time to catch rhythm n skipping is way fun n u get lean strong n slim day by day..go for it blindly..u won't regret...I guarantee it..happy skipping...

Rope quality feels good, grip is also soft and nice to hold, pretty convenient way to change the size of rope according to need. Also it whole rope rotates with each skip, and has metal bearing (can't say about if it's ball bearing) so less wear and tear at the handles. Weight is also fine, not heavy or light. Perfect for beginners and intermediate users. Can't say about the needs of advance
